We’re currently looking for a skilled QA Engineer for our product that helps to quickly, efficiently, and easily transfer a large amount of data from one help desk platform to another.
We’re looking for a QA Engineer who:
- Understands of software development processes and lifecycle
- Has strong knowledge of general testing methodology, testing principles, test design techniques, and STLC
- Has experience in test documentation (test plan, test scenarios, test cases)
- Can clearly describe identified defects
- Has experience in testing websites/web applications, UI/UX (devtools)
- Has knowledge of fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Rest API
- Has experience with Insomnia/Postman, BrowserStack tools
- Know English well enough to read/write the documentation
- A team player who’s comfortable advocating own ideas
It’s a big plus if you:
- Have work experience with Test Management Systems (Cucumber (Hiptest)) and bug tracking systems (Jira)
- Understand client-server architecture
- Know how Help Desk, Project Management, and Accounting systems work
- Be skilled in the scripts development for test data generation
- Have experience in end-to-end Automation Testing (Javascript/Cypress)
- Load testing (Apache benchmark, Jmeter)
What you will do:
- Write, maintain, and manage test documentation
- Perform functional and non-functional testing + automation testing (write tests, manage, and monitor them)
- Write comprehensive bug reports
- Collaborate with the development team and other project stakeholders
