Personal Information We Collect

Zendesk Chat & Zendesk Support

Zendesk is a powerful help desk management tool that has built itself a name on the market as the leader of the industry. We use two of Zendesk products - Zendesk Chat and Zendesk Support – for customer service directly.

Zendesk Chat is a live chat software aimed to provide customers with instant replies and timely answers.

Zendesk Support is a ticketing software that we use to track, manage, and resolve inquiries from website visitors. In combination, these tools help us to be more productive and personal with our clients.

Behavioral Advertising

  • Categories of sources from which the Personal Data is collected.

b. Request for change, move, or deletion of any Personal Data collected about you by Relokia.

If you seek to exercise the foregoing rights to access or delete Personal Data which constitutes 'personal information' as defined in CCPA, please write to us here. By writing to us, you agree to receive communication from us seeking information from you in order to verify you to be the consumer from whom we have collected the Personal Data from and such other information as reasonably required to enable us to honor your request.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their commercial purposes, except where you specifically have told us to.

Data Storage and Security

As a Relokia customer, you have a right to be informed about how the data we collect is stored and what are the security measures we apply to provide full safety. Your Rights

If you are a European resident or a resident of California, United States, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and request it to be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us.

Additionally, if you are a European or Californian resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (Non-disclosure Agreements, invoices, purchases you make through the Site, etc.) or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information might be transferred outside of the place of your residence.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through our Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through our Site without their permission.
