This Privacy Statement describes how Relokia collects, uses, processes, and shares your personally identifiable information. This Privacy Statement describes your choices regarding any applicable rights of access, deletion, and correction of your personal information. Where we refer to “information” in this Privacy Statement, it means any information related to an identified person.

This Privacy Statement applies to relokia.com, and any other website that links to this Privacy Statement (the “Site”). This Privacy Statement also applies to the information that we collect through the services we offer or through marketing and customer engagement, and branded social media pages.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to the information we collect about employees (our employment policies apply) or job applicants. This Privacy Statement also does not apply to information collected by third parties, like third-party websites, social media platforms or accounts, third-party service providers, or other third-party services or applications that integrate with our Services. This Privacy Statement also does not apply to any information that is not personally identifiable, like aggregated or anonymous information.

When integrating our Services with third-party applications, we receive information necessary to identify your account within those applications. This information can include your name, email address, tokens, or other identifying details, along with log data, content, and device information.

It's important to note that any information or content provided by your organization is subject to your organization’s privacy policies. Furthermore, when integrating our Services with a third-party application, the information we receive is contingent upon the settings, permissions, and privacy statements controlled by that third-party application.

Content you provide through the Site. If the Site or social media platform pages permit content or information uploads, we collect the content or information you choose to upload. Our Marketing Activities. If you want to opt-out of receiving our marketing communications, you can opt-out by sending a request to contact@relokia.com. If you receive a promotional email, use the provided opt-out link at the bottom of the email. Alternatively, reply to the email requesting exclusion from future email distributions.

Note that opting out of marketing communications does not apply to essential information required for delivering the Services or partner programs, such as account-related notifications.

Services. You have control over your personal information in the Services. To review or modify your details, log into the Service and visit your account settings page. Note that while we strive to accommodate requests for information changes, there might be instances where we cannot fulfill a request if it would violate legal requirement or cause the information to become inaccurate.

Account deletion. Relokia provides the functionality a user to delete their account along with all associated personal information. To do so, log into the Service and visit your account settings page.

Data security and data transfers

Data Security. At Relokia, we implement reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We take into consideration the inherent risks associated with processing personal data and the nature of the information involved.

Relokia is hosted on leading cloud service providers and employs industry-standard security protocols to protect personal data. All data, including your personal information, is encrypted both during transmission and while stored. All connections between end users and servers are secured vis SSL encyption, and server software is updated with the latest security patches.

However, no application, Internet transmission, or email communication is entirely immune to vulnerabilities or errors. Consequently, we can not guarantee the absolute security of any personal information.

Your proactive involvement in securing your account and the passwords provided to you is crucial. We advise you to take responsibility for ensuring the protection of your account and associated credentials.

Data Storage and International Data Transfers. Information collected from the Site may be transferred to and processed in Ukraine and other countries where Relokia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers have facilities or personnel. These countries might have data protection laws that are different from the laws in your country and may not offer the same level of protection.
